Gregg Shinn, DVM
Dr. Gregg Shinn graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. After a few years of practicing in both Ohio and south Florida, he moved to Brevard County and opened Rockledge Animal Clinic in December, 1979. Dr. Shinn’s love for animals shines through on a daily basis with his caring, compassionate attitude toward each patient. The confidence and integrity of Dr. Shinn encourages his staff to seek continuing education and strive to perform their best. His special interests in veterinary medicine include endoscopy and orthopedic surgery and in 2005, Dr. Shinn earned a certificate in canine rehabilitation (CCRT). He has four beautiful daughters, a border collie/shepherd mix named Finn, an orange tabby named Rocky, and a domestic short hair, George.
Ellie Jarnot, DVM
Dr. Ellie was born in Baltimore, MD and lived out the first half of her childhood there. She and her family then moved to Boca Raton, FL, where she was raised until leaving for college. She spent eight years in Gainesville, FL earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Her professional interests include internal and preventive medicine, geriatric care, and physical rehabilitation. She is currently working towards her certification in canine rehabilitation. While in veterinary school, Dr. Ellie earned her Fear Free certification and is dedicated to reducing fear, anxiety, and stress in her patients during their veterinary office visits. She is looking forward to building strong relationships and working together with clients to help heal their best friend.
Dr. Ellie is married to her high school sweetheart and is enjoying settling down in the Space Coast with him. Dr. Ellie is a lifelong lover and owner of rough collies, and currently is owned by a collie named Chloe. She and her husband recently added to their family with a Newfoundland puppy named Claire. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, being involved in her church, and taking her dogs to the beach.
Amie Linville, DVM
Dr. Linville grew up travelling the country as a military brat; although born in Indiana, she claims Georgia as her home state. After earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2015, Dr. Linville served in the U.S. Army for three years as a veterinarian in Arizona, providing medical care to military working dogs and service members personal pets.
Dr. Linville joined Rockledge Animal Clinic in 2019, after relocating to the Space Coast with her husband. She has a strong passion for preventative care, neurologic disease, fear free practice, creating strong patient/client bonds, and client education.
In her free time, Dr. Linville enjoys spending lazy days at home with her family – her husband, Wes, daughter, Daphnie, two dogs (Miah and Henry), two cats (Bonnie and Tonus), and their 180 gallon salt water fish tank! She also enjoys being on the water, going to the zoo, and eating delicious food!

Amanda CVT, CCRT, CVPM
Amanda joined Rockledge Animal Clinic in 1998 due to her lifelong love of helping animals. She graduated from Eastern Florida State College in 2000 with an A.S. in Veterinary Technology. Due to her long-term, special interest in orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation, she earned a certificate in canine rehabilitation in 2005. In 2007, after head technician and supervisor positions, she became the practice manager for Rockledge Animal Clinic. In 2008, she began teaching part-time for the Veterinary Technology program at the college. She became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2018. Amanda loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Joel, her three wonderful children, and her Golden Retriever, Ember.
Erica has been an asset at our front desk since she joined Rockledge Animal Clinic in 2014. She graduated with her A.S. in Business Management in 2016. Her positive attitude and willingness to help every client, patient, and team member has earned her the position of Office Manager. There is never a situation that Erica does not help others! She is married with one daughter, two German Shepherd Dogs, and a Chocolate Labrador. Her family and her dogs are her life. Her dogs have HER so trained that each one gets a routine morning belly rub and an afternoon fetch. Erica’s hobbies include doing anything outside; paddle boarding, fishing, and going to the beach; she also enjoys crafts and exercise. Erica’s passion is to help people and animals, and working as a Client Service Representative for Rockledge Animal Clinic is a perfect fit for her.

Kelley joined the Rockledge Animal Clinic family after relocating from Charleston, SC. Kelley’s positive, upbeat attitude is spread to all of those who encounter her. She is always willing to help in any way she can. She enjoys being a part of our team and interacting with our clients and their pets every day. Kelley never has a bad day! Kelley and Leila, her Weimaraner, love playing ball in the park. They also enjoy spending time at the beach in the sun and riding her bike!
Customer Service Representative/Pharmacy Technician
Kristin, originally from the West Coast of Florida joined our team in 2012. Kristin plays an active role at Rockledge Animal Clinic as an expeditor and client liaison. She always has a spunky, positive attitude and loves caring for animals. She has many years’ experience in veterinary medicine including technician and receptionist. Kristin enjoys assisting in surgery and treating our sick patients. Outside of work, her hobbies include going to the beach, boating, fishing and hanging out with friends. She has two fur-babies, a Chihuahua named Waffle and a rescue cat named Millie.
Udom is originally from Thailand and joined the Rockledge Animal Clinic staff in 1995. She is the woman you can count on to keep all of your furry companions’ company while they stay at our practice. She also loves to care for her garden and her abundant variety of animals at her home. Udom enjoys cooking, boating and fishing. She has three dogs, Skye, Minnow, Summer, Bubba and two cats, Hurricane and Tornado.

Certified Veterinary Nurse (Lead) / Canine Obedience Trainer
Alaina came to Rockledge Animal Clinic in 2003 with extensive experience in Veterinary Medicine beginning in 1993. Her deep love for animals is evident in both her work and her hobbies. Alaina became a CVT in June 2013 and teaches puppy training classes after hours at Rockledge Animal Clinic. Alaina’s hard work shows through in her day to day tasks as she constantly strives to better both herself and the practice. She has in-clinic training and assists with Canine Rehabilitation and constantly encourages both the patient and the owner in times of doubt. Alaina enjoys spending time with her son, and kayaking. She is a true competitor when it comes to training and competing Agility and Schutzhund with her Dutch Shepherds, Aella and Arik.
Certified Veterinary Nurse
Born and raised in Southern California. I worked in the dog daycare environment for 7 years and while doing so decided to go back to school. I graduated form Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Animal Health Science in 2013 and passed the California Registered Veterinary Technician Exam in 2014. I worked as an RVT in California for about a year. I then moved to Colorado with my husband and 3 dogs (Pele, Maui, and Rufio) and was a veterinary technician for over 3 years and passed the VTNE in 2018. After realizing life without the ocean and Disney was not for us, we moved to Melbourne Florida and I joined the team at Rockledge Animal Clinic. Outside of work I enjoy reading, watching tv/movies and exploring everything our new home has to offer.

Gina has been a Certified Veterinary Technician since 2000 and joined the Rockledge Animal Clinic staff in 2013. Gina loves working with animals and the people who own them. She has 4 blue heelers and a horse. Gina has two wonderful kids which are her world. She hopes her kids follow their own passion of helping animals in the veterinary field. Her hobbies include horseback riding, swimming, and going to the beach. Gina’s motto is, “Being a veterinary technician is a very rewarding but stressful job, but most importantly we love our pets and do the best we can in the care they deserve.”
Brittany began working at Rockledge Animal Clinic in November 2014. She quickly realized that she had a strong passion for animals, and became a valuable team member with a natural talent as a veterinary technician. Brittany continuously tries to improve herself and is working towards a certification as a Veterinary Assistant. In her time off, she enjoys going to theme parks, beach and boating. Brittany and her husband, Steven have two German Shepherd Dogs named Felix and Hannah.
Lauren joined our practice with over 16 years’ experience in the veterinary field. She has a special interest in cytology and parasitology. She also enjoys dancing and singing around the clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and going to the gym and traveling.
Katelynn started at Rockledge Animal Clinic as an experienced CSR and was quickly transferred to a technician position after showing a strong interest in animal nursing. She is extremely hard working and always has a warm, welcoming smile on her face. She is currently enrolled in school to obtain her AS in Veterinary Technology. Needless to say, Katelynn loves animals! Currently she resides with 3 Great Danes, a Mastiff mix, a Shih Tzu, 2 cats, 2 goats, a donkey, and 16 chickens. Her hobbies include hanging with her friends, boating, and being with her farm!
My name is Kayla, working in a veterinary clinic has been what I have wanted to do since I was a child, and I feel very fortunate to be able to work at Rockledge Animal Clinic. When I’m not at work I like spend my time with my family whether it be at the beach or taking a quick weekend trip. I also spend a good chunk of my time with my Boxador Keena who loves to be apart of the action as much as she can.
My name is Mason Lombardo, your friendly neighborhood tech assistant! I was born right here in Rockledge, Florida on April 12th, 1998. I have lived here my whole life with my brother and sister and animals have always been a big part of my life. That’s why I am dedicating my future to the betterment of animal health by becoming a veterinarian. With the hands on experience and knowledge from various medical experts, combined with hard work and dedication put into my academic studies, I plan to do just that.
Hi Everyone! My name is Ileana Murdick and I recently migrated from the busy city of Orlando to get closer to the sandy beaches of the coast! I currently live in Titusville with my best friend in the whole wide world, Finn!! Finn is my Australian Shepherd but all his friends call him Moofy. My hobby is skateboarding and I have a die hard passion for fine cuisine -mac & cheese-and telling some of the best jokes you’ll ever hear. But nothing makes me happier then seeing others thriving on the happiness and success of life. 🙂
My name is Tammy Romanisko and I joined the Rockledge Animal Clinic crew in July 2019.I come to you with 18 years of veterinary experience and was once the proud owner of Veterinary Relief Staff Services, Inc. After selling my business,I took on my most important job ever….being the best mom I can be and raising my kids.
I currently live in Satellite Beach with my husband and children and I am happy to be back in veterinary medicine and look forward to what the future holds!
